We offer a number of optional extras to help customise our work to the nature of your event, such as:
Silhouette backing cards printed with your logo and any other information you might like to add about your event. These are a good idea for many events, but are most recommended for product launches, trade shows, and other events where the emphasis is on raising your corporate profile.

Cards made for both The National Gallery, and the National Portrait Gallery, both of whom have booked silhouette artists on more than one occassion.
The National Portrait Gallery event was their 150th anniversary celebration. Many celebrities were invited, and quite a few now have their silhouette in a card like this!

A card printed for the Grand Prix event in Bahrain, incorporating the chequered flag design behind each subject's silhouette!
These cards are quite versatile, and we welcome any ideas you may have about thow they should look. There is a small charge for these custom cards, to cover artwork and printing. Sometimes clients prefer to print their own cards, which is fine by us; we are happy to provide samples of previously printed cards and advice on layout as part of our service.
If you send us a photo or two we will cut a silhouette or two before the event. This is particularly appropriate for birthday parties, weddings, batmitzvahs and the like. You can use the silhouettes on invitations, or ask us to add them to a custom backing card. This service is free when booking one of us for an event!

A collection of cards made for weddings, with the silhouette of the bride and groom appearing on the front of the card, together with the date of the wedding inside. These cards are usuallu printed in either gold or silver, and add enormously to the sentimental value of the silhouettes cut on the day in future years!

Custom backing cards are not appropriate for every event. Here is a collection of our standard Roving Artist cards in various sizes. They are printed in gold and black onto ivory coloured card.
These are the cards we use as standard if you don't wish to have your own card printed. Best of all, they're free when you book one of us for your event!
If you like we can make duplicates of each and every silhouette we make. We do this by cutting 2 sheets of paper at once! You'll get these unmounted duplicates at the end of the day as a record of your event. There's no charge for this but it does slow us down a little.
Another way of using these is to have your guests stick their "duplicate" onto a large sheet of paper on an easil at one end of the room, writing their name under it as they do so. This will build into an interesting record as the event progresses, and will provide a fantastic talking point. This works very well at bithdays and anniversaries.
The silhouette cards we use are all designed to fit neatly into a 6"x 4" or 7"x 5" photo frame. If you like we can bring a box of smart wooden frames to distribute among your guests to instantly frame their silhouettes. We will only charge you for the frames you actually use. This option is suitable for VIP events where you want all your guests to leave with a unique and very personal gift (it can also work well well at trade shows).
As an alternative to paper duplicates we can scan the off-cuts we get while working and create a digital archive of all the silhouettes cut at your event. You can then print them out or put them on the office intranet! This also has the advantage of being the only "extra" you can order after the event. The process is quite time consuming, so there is a charge to cover our time at the computer scanning bits of paper....
One of Charles' specialities. Everybody at the event is cut from a single sheet of paper and presented to the host at the end of the evening. This is usually done at small dinner parties and other private events, but could be done at any kind of event. This is limited only by the number of guests and the time of your event!
The hole in the middle is to accomdate the artist's hand while working. Larger wheels can end up going right round his arm and over his shoulder! (and in the end the "wheel" needn't be a wheel at all, but could be any shape you like really.)
There is no extra charge for this, but it needs a little planning.
