In the spring of 2000 my family all went to Japan to visit relatives. Alas, I was not able to accompany them on that trip, too busy cutting silhouettes of my own. However they brought back this silhouettes from an artist in Tokyo Disneyland. Kazumi said she thought he might have been Dutch, but she wasn't very impressed by the quality. The eye-lashes are very distinctive, apparently he did everybody like that!
