WEDDING SILHOUETTE WALLETS include your names and (if you wish) your silhouettes on the cover. They are simple and easy to make, and a great way to ensure your guests will remember your wedding every time they see their silhouettes.
Branded silhouette wallets
Branded silhouette wallets are the most popular option for weddings and other private events. Printed on high-quality textured card they are the perfect finishing touch. The cost of making them is included in the wedding package
If you’d like to see some cards made for past wedding clients please ask. There are always a few left over and we can easily pop some in the post for you.
Designing and making the wallets
The process of design and production is both fun and collaborative.
We will meet on Zoom so that I can cut your silhouettes, while we also discuss the wedding in more detail. The beauty of Zoom is that you get to see (and hopefully approve) your silhouettes as soon as I cut them. You can add a short caption or message inside the cards as well.
Afterwards, we’ll send a proof of the cards, with your silhouettes on the cover, so you can check for any errors or omissions before printing.
A popular alternative is to add a silhouette of the venue (rather than your own silhouettes) on the cover. Over the years I’ve cut silhouettes of many popular weddings venues, but even if I haven’t I’d be happy to make one. You can see some of these silhouettes of venues here.
Other options for presenting silhouettes
Standard wallets
If you don’t order the wedding package I’ll use my standard wallets. These smart cards feature my Roving Artist logo on the front and a short history of silhouettes on the back. They come in a range of sizes, to suit different kinds of silhouettes, and there is no extra charge for using them.
Note that I always carry a few of these in odd sizes anyway, just in case I get any strange requests for silhouettes which won’t fit into the branded wallets made for the event!
Printing your own
Some clients prefer to print their own wallets. If you’re using a wedding stationer who can do this for you, this may be a better option.
We’re very happy for you to do this, but please send a proof for approval before printing. We need to check both the size of the cards and the design of the border for presenting the silhouettes. This is to make sure I can actually carry and use the cards on the day!
Note that if inadequate cards are supplied on the day I reserve the right to use my own standard cards instead (see event booking terms).
